Work Mode: Remote+ Overseas Travel

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management Office (PMO) processes.

This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their project management expertise while supporting project delivery and governance across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports in line with PMO standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and deliver regular updates.
• Identify risks/issues and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Should have a graet knowlwdge in MS suites escpecially in MS excel
• Support process improvements and the adoption of project management tools.

Desired Skillset:

1. 3+ years of experience in PMO roles with hands-on involvement in project management.
2. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data analysis) are mandatory.
3. Proven ability to create reports and dashboards for project tracking.
4. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
