We are seeking a Junior Project Controller with 2-7 years of experience to join our team in Canada - Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and possess excellent analytical skills to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and tracking
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure adherence to project plans
• Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and easily accessible
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
• Assist with project procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract negotiations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-7 years of experience in project management or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
• Experience with project budgeting and financial management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as required
