Junior Product Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The

Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of

product vision, strategy, and road-map. This role will collaborate closely with cross-

functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely

delivery of high-quality products that delight our customers.

Location: Calicut, UL Cyber park

Responsibilities:

Manage and own product lifecycle activities from concept, to design,

development, testing, deployment, roll out, support, and finally product end of

life.

Align vision and collaborate with stakeholders in the execution of the product.

Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to

inform product strategy and direction.

Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of

product requirements and acceptance criteria.

Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders and

development teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Collaborate with QA teams to define and execute test plans, ensuring product

quality and functionality meet acceptance criteria.

Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product

designs that meet user needs and align with product goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design,

marketing, and sales, to define and deliver product releases.

Conduct product demos and reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback,

validate requirements, and ensure alignment with expectations.

Requirements

0-1 year of previous experience in a product development or management

role.

A bachelor's degree or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering,

Business, or a related field.

Knowledge of BRD tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana or other similar tools.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with

internal and external teams.

Attention to detail and the ability to creatively solve problems.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Kerala.
