Your Mission:
As our Junior Producer, you'll be the mastermind behind crafting high-impact video content that resonates with our audience from start to finish. If you have 3-5 years of hands-on video production experience, a keen eye for detail, and a flair for storytelling, we want you! Your role will encompass everything from script development to editing, ensuring every project is a visual and educational triumph.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Master of Production: Steer the video production journey from pre-production brainstorming to post-production polishing. Ensure each project is executed flawlessly and meets deadlines and budget constraints
- Script Artisan: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers to sculpt scripts that are not only video-friendly but also engaging and perfectly tuned to our students needs
- Creative Visionary: Work alongside senior producers and the creative team to hatch and execute innovative video concepts that align with our educational vision
- Workflow Guru: Use your knowledge of production workflows to streamline processes, coordinate seamlessly with different teams, and keep the production pipeline flowing smoothly
- On-Set Maestro: Oversee on-set operations, manage talent, set up locations, and ensure all technical elements of the shoot are executed to perfection
- Editing Virtuoso: Inject your creative flair into the editing process, ensuring the final product is top-notch in quality and storytelling
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of hands-on video production experience with a standout portfolio
- Exceptional command of English, with advanced skills in scriptwriting and narrative development
- Experience in directing, shooting, and editing with a wide range of production styles
- Basic knowledge of production workflows to enhance project efficiency
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other essential editing tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
