Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to support tickets of globally across multiple applications. The day to day activity will consist of dealing with user queries on User Access , license management and general application support across the global markets The person will closely work with the team to provide IT support to all dentsu stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities -
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues users have with configuration troubles, system errors, user mistakes and other bugs.
Offer technical support via various communication channels, such as email, phone, online chats and in-person discussion.
Provide timely status updates on issue resolution progress.
Support applications including but not limited to Tableau, Confluence, Akritiv Archive & Search Tool, Alteryx, Salesforce CRM, Bamboo, Bitbucket, JIRA
Be responsible for Application Deployments - Server Preparation Tasks and upgrades support.
Monitor the application's performance to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, apply patches and updates to improve performance and ensure compatibility with the underlying infrastructure.
Manage Licenses across applciartions. Proactively work on User License management.
Maintain the Knowledge Base, and keep the confluence up to date.
Monitor applications on a regular basis
