Responsibilities:

Collaborate with both local and remote teams/clients, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
Perform technical planning and project estimation for new initiatives, contributing to project success.
Enhance internal development and DevOps processes to optimize quality and efficiency.
Take the lead in developing WordPress websites, fostering collaboration among local and remote development teams.
Maintain the health and sustainability of our codebase, ensuring its long-term viability.
Seamlessly integrate various WordPress plugins, APIs, and third-party applications, including forms.
Develop, test, and troubleshoot websites across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices for a consistent and positive user experience.
Adhere to SEO best practices during site development.
Research and recommend new technologies and tools for effective integration across diverse platforms.
Customize WordPress plugins to meet specific project requirements.

Requirements:

Proficient in WordPress development processes with a strong grasp of performance and security considerations.
Experience in developing and modifying custom WordPress/WooCommerce themes and plugins.
Solid knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, JS (jQuery), CSS, and HTML.
Familiarity with version control using Git.
Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like jQuery or React.js .
Understanding of WP Rest API and WP CLI.
Adherence to WordPress coding standards.
Practical experience with Gutenberg, including the creation of dynamic blocks.
Strong English communication skills.
