ؠThis role demands a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of patent law

Key Responsibilities

ؠConduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools

ؠAnalyze and interpret patent specifications, technical literature, and prior art

ؠEvaluate the patentability, validity, and infringement risks of inventions

ؠWork closely with inventors, engineers, and legal professionals to understand the technical aspects of inventions

ؠPrepare detailed reports summarizing patent search results and analysis

ؠDocument and maintain accurate records of patents, prior art, and analysis

Qualifications:

ؠStrong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to grasp new technologies quickly

ؠFamiliarity with patent laws and regulations

ؠProficient in using patent databases and search tools

ؠAnalytical mindset with attention to detail

ؠStrong written and verbal communication skills

ؠAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team

ؠTime management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

ؠBachelors in Mechanical Engineering or relevant B.E/B. Tech Degree with good academic record
