Job Description

Overview

The Order Management Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and fulfillment of customer orders. They are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order management process, from order entry to delivery, and strive to provide exceptional customer service.

Location : BHiwandi, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with various internal teams such as sales, inventory, and shipping to ensure order fulfillment
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers
  • Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Review and verify orders to prevent errors and minimize returns or cancellations
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support regarding order status, product availability, and shipment tracking
  • Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to schedule and track deliveries
  • Generate and analyze order reports to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order management
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance order management processes and systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related role
  • Proficiency in using order management systems and CRM software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments
  • Demonstrated customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly
  • Knowledge of export/import regulations and trade compliance is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting order data and trends
