About the role:
As an Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the day-to-day operations of our Nutrition services run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with the customers regularly through their nutrition plan to ensure they get the maximum benefit
- Keeping a close check on the customer queries and responding to them in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure customer adherence to create a positive experience for the customers
- Continuously review and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency
- Collating the relevant operations data and sharing with required stakeholders
Requirements:
- 6 months - 2 years of relevant experience in customer experience or operations
- Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English
- High level of empathy and customer orientation
- Keen interest in Health and Wellness space
- Comfortable working with Excel sheets
- A highly driven self-starter, with very strong ownership of their work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
