Job Overview: The Junior Marketer - Marketing Operations Specialist will be instrumental in enhancing our marketing efficiency and effectiveness through meticulous management and optimization of our marketing systems and processes. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of data-driven marketing tools, and a passion for seamless operational execution.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

• Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and processes to improve campaign performance and lead management where needed.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain HubSpot, and other content management tools, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with marketing goals.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to enhance and troubleshoot the marketing infrastructure as needed.
• Develop and enforce best practices in marketing operations to drive team efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Campaign Management and Execution:

• Support the day-to-day technical execution of marketing campaigns (as needed) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Branding and Graphic Design:

• Develop and produce visually compelling digital and print marketing materials that reinforce the brand's visual identity.
• Collaborate with external agencies or internal creative teams to refine branding initiatives and ensure consistency across various platforms and media.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Create detailed reports that provide insights into marketing metrics.
• Regularly present results to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Marketing Functional Experience: 3-5 years of Marketing Operations & Branding-Graphics Experience.
• Marketing Tool Experience: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation systems like HubSpot.
• Branding & Graphics Experience: Ability to design on Figma, Canva, and Adobe Suite (Procreate is a plus).
• Project Management Experience: Strong background in managing complex marketing projects and implementing operational improvements.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
