Job Description
As an entry-level Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of company databases. You will ensure database availability to users, and work with senior DBAs to implement and maintain database systems while learning the best practices for database administration. you will join our dynamic software development team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our software applications. You will work under the guidance of senior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, scalable products.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
- Familiarity with database software (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of database scripting and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the DBA role.
