Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune Camp for a Junior Lawyer at Krushndeep Realty Legal Solutions. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, contract management, and managing relationships with clients and external counsel. The Junior Lawyer will be expected to work under the supervision of senior lawyers and adhere to ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law
• 0-2 years of experience in civil matters
• Sound knowledge of contract law, company law, and property law
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and external counsel
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with developments in the legal field
