Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines. - Prepare samples for analysis, including specimen processing, centrifugation, and aliquoting.
- Conduct biochemical assays, immunoassays, and other laboratory tests to analyze blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers.
- Analyze and interpret laboratory data, ensuring accuracy and precision in results reporting.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, observations, and results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving technical problems as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures for handling hazardous materials and biological specimens.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about developments in biochemistry, clinical pathology, and hematology through ongoing learning and professional development activities.

Skills we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Hematology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 - 3 years as a Junior Lab Technician in a diagnostic laboratory, with a focus on Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, and Hematology.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with both manual and automated laboratory instruments used in diagnostic testing.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the companys operational needs
