Junior IT Support Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior IT Support Engineer located in Kochi. As a Junior IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, system administration, and help desk support.

Qualifications

• Support the IT team
• BAU tasks including development / support
• BAU tasks of supporting and maintaining the existing application
• Co-ordinating with multiple teams on issues and resolving the same
• Goal oriented
• Job tasks to include IT Infra Support
• Assisting the Business Analyst team in requirement gathering / documenting the same
• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Uncompromising ethical standards and discipline expected
