Key Responsibilities:
1) Proven IT recruitment experience minimum 1-2 Years
2) Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles.
3) Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract IT professionals.
4) Coordinate with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.
5) Ensure a positive candidate experience and track recruitment progress.
Qualifications:
1) Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals-Naukri,Indeed,Etc social media).
2) Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
3) A degree in MBA-HR is mandatory.
4) Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
5) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
