- Maintain high levels of data quality and support PMO office in Belgium and India.
- Work in user account creation activities.
- Managing the Licenses requests as per the evolving needs.
- Auditing the KPIs, Licenses and other reports to ensure that reality is aligned with needs.
- Supporting and assisting team members on user segregation to other zones.
- Management of AD Groups/Distribution Lists as per need.
- Organization of Internal trainings for team members upon request.
- Organizing internal and external surveys as per timeline as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc data extraction by collaborating with Business Analysts and Software Developers.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Excel is required.
- Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SSIS or Excel VBA is an asset.
- Critical thinking and detail-orientated skills.
- Extreme attention to details - rigor is key as errors in the data handled by the team can have very heavy consequences for the program.
- Fluent English communication skills (written/oral). Knowledge of another language is a plus, Clear in written communication.
- Knows how to follow procedures.
