Work Setup:

• Work-from-office in Hyderabad only.

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference for those with HR or business-related studies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
