A Jr. HR Associate at iRage should be responsible for HR operations and provide administrative support towards HR Accounts and Compliance.
As a Jr. HR Associate you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end recruitment coordination and data management across multiple sources.
- Execution of HR Operations, right from Onboarding to Exit.
- Strong attention to detail and experience of working in fast-paced environment.
- Maintain adherence to timelines and efficiently use project management tools.
- Maintain good rapport with external vendors and do timely follow-up both internally and externally.
- Take care of accounts with respect to generating purchase orders, maintaining petty cash, coordinating with finance team towards payable/receivable, etc.
Desired Skills:
- Min 2 years experience in a start-up admin/HR ops role
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to unlearn, learn and relearn
- MBA is desired but not mandatory
- Ability to multi task with high quality output
- Highly creative individual with a drive to learn and connect with people
- A solutions finder who can quickly to drive things to closure
