Job Description

Were looking for a motivated and driven ( Junior) Growth Manager - OTA Channel starting as soon as possible who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong operational execution, and a customer-centric focus to drive success in leveraging OTA channels for bus travel bookings. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and partners to implement strategies that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
The position will be based in Bangalore . Ideal start date November. We have hybrid working model (2-3 times per week in the office).
Your Tasks - Paint the world green
  • Sales Management
    • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and revenue through OTA platforms.
    • Monitor sales trends and collaborate with different cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and drive bookings.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee OTA operations, ensuring smooth ticketing, reservations, and customer service.
    • Streamline processes to minimize disruptions and enhance the customer experience.
  • OTA Reviews and Feedback
    • Monitor and respond to customer reviews, addressing concerns promptly.
    • Leverage feedback to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze OTA performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
    • Prepare reports with key insights and recommendations for management.
  • OTA Partner Management
    • Build and manage relationships with OTA partners, including contracts and commissions.
    • Collaborate on optimizing product listings and strategic promotions.
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, analytics or related field.
  • 2-5 years of working experience
  • Previous experience in sales, operations, or related roles within consumer durables, FMCG, mobility or hospitality industry, with a focus on marketplace channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of OTA platforms, online travel distribution, and industry trends.
