Role: Junior Growth Consultant(Setter)

Location: Remote

Duration: 5 days per week

Opportunity: Full Time

Salary: 20-32k + 3% on cash collected

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize outbound or organic methods to generate leads and prospects.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target demographics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and reach new markets.

Appointment Booking:

  • Reach out to leads via various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects based on availability and lead criteria.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and appointments.

Lead Qualification:

  • Conduct discovery calls to assess the needs, interests, and pain points of potential clients.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and qualification metrics.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to prospects to facilitate informed decision-making.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leads during the initial stages of the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders to provide updates on lead generation and appointment bookings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and persuade prospects.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
