Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Utilize outbound or organic methods to generate leads and prospects.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target demographics.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and reach new markets.
Appointment Booking:
- Reach out to leads via various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects based on availability and lead criteria.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and appointments.
Lead Qualification:
- Conduct discovery calls to assess the needs, interests, and pain points of potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and qualification metrics.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to prospects to facilitate informed decision-making.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for leads during the initial stages of the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to align strategies and goals.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders to provide updates on lead generation and appointment bookings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and persuade prospects.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
