Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and innovative social media posts and reels that reflect our brand's identity and message.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Design eye-catching and dynamic reels that capture attention and drive engagement.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand content requirements and objectives.

Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.

Ensure all designs are optimized for different digital platforms and screen sizes.

Stay updated on current design trends, techniques, and best practices for social media.

Requirements:

Proven experience (either through internships, freelance work, or personal projects) in graphic design, particularly for social media.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or After Effects).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

A keen eye for detail and creativity with a passion for visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with creating social media content such as posts, stories, and reels.

Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Knowledge of social media analytics and trends.

Ability to adapt quickly to changes and feedback.
