Whizz HR is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to work
Job Description :
- The incumbent will be responsible for all creative activities of the agency including client pitches and handling current accounts.
- Shall improve the agency's standards of creative excellence while achieving the clients goals.
- Should be conceptually strong and an experienced presenter.
- Should have 0-3years of work experience in a mainline/ digital advertising agency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Should be a good leader to train the team and improve their creative skills.
- Ensure outstanding creative execution of campaigns within scheduled timelines and budgets.
- Must have experience in digital medium and platforms. Should have experience in handling digital campaigns across product categories.
- Oversee creative consultations with Account team to ensure appropriate creative strategies, schedules, budgets, production support and client presentations.
- Train and supervise assigned the creative team, oversee their creative activities to ensure they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule.
- Participate in the new business pitches as necessary.
Key skills :
- Visualization conceptualization MS Power point visualize r-conceptualizer BFA IDEATION fine arts, brainstorm ideation concepts creative concepts conceptualization concepts
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent Visualization & conceptualizing skills
- Must have a Fine Arts / BFA background
- Relevant Design Experience preferably in Advertising agency.
- Able to derive creative concepts
- Able to actively participate in brainstorming sessions & able to develop creative concepts independently
