Role:

As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and engaging animations, videos, and graphics for various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics that enhance brand identity, storytelling, and user experience. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Description for Motion Designer :

Key Responsibilities

1. Use animation software to create 2D or 3D animations for various projects.

2. Develop storyboards and other visual aids to help plan out the animation.

3. Use UI/UX, Photoshop, Adobe, Canva, CorelDraw

4. Incorporate music, sound effects, and other audio elements to enhance the animation.

5. Work within project timelines to ensure timely delivery of the final product.

6. Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the animation process.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in animation technology.

8. Conceptualization and Storyboarding

9. Asset Creation and Management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, or related field.

Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.

Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual aesthetics.

Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling animations.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Knowledge of video editing and compositing software is a plus.
