We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Growthify Media. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and creating visually compelling assets that align with our clients branding goals and resonate with their target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand client requirements and project objectives.
- Design and produce a wide range of creative assets including social media visuals, website graphics, infographics, logos, illustrations, and more.
- Develop innovative and engaging design concepts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Execute design projects from conception to final delivery, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to continuously improve and innovate our visual content.
Qualifications:
- 1 year to 3 years experience as a Junior Graphic Designer or in a similar role within a creative agency setting.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work across various mediums.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to communicate and present design concepts effectively.
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
