Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in an agency setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, open to learning, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Youll be working closely with senior designers, art directors, and other departments to deliver creative designs that align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging designs for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to conceptualize and execute creative projects.
• Adapt and modify designs based on feedback to meet client and project requirements.
• Ensure that all design elements are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, ideally within an agency.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and understanding of branding.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
