Position: Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator, and will play a key role in creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design digital and print materials, including but not limited to brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, and website visuals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute designs that effectively communicate our brand message.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with the BS Group's brand guidelines and industry standards.

Assist in the development and maintenance of a cohesive visual identity across all marketing channels.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software advancements.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Edit and enhance images using Photoshop to improve overall visual appeal.

Utilize Canva for quick and efficient design solutions for social media and internal communications.

• Create detailed and accurate illustrations using Adobe Illustrator for various design projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts.

Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
