Qualifications:

Entry-level candidates with6 monthsto 2 years of experience.

Have a bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail and colour theory understanding.

Basic knowledge of web design applications and HTML/CSS coding for creating web-friendly graphics.

Effective communication skills to understand client objectives and translate them into compelling, targeted, and high-quality visuals.

Creativity and innovative thinking to develop fresh design concepts, graphics, and layouts.

Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Understanding of printing processes, photography, illustration, typography and interactive media.

Collaborative skills to work efficiently with other team members, including marketers, and project managers.

Receptiveness to feedback and ability to make necessary changes in designs.

Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment, switching seamlessly between print, web, and branding projects.
