Budget - USD 10 - 22 Hourly

Full-time, 8-hour workday with a mandatory 4-hour overlap in PST

Notice Period: 2 weeks

Engagement Duration: 6-12 months

Experience Required

Minimum of 6 years in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development
Essential Skill: At least 5 years of experience with Go programming

Key Responsibilities

Review and ensure the quality of code and solutions generated by AI systems, adhering to best practices
Manage the development cycle by setting priorities, goals, and deadlines
Apply deep expertise in Go to troubleshoot and resolve complex coding issues during AI validation
Promote an innovative, collaborative environment within the team
Conduct validation checks to ensure AI-generated code meets standards for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate AI system capabilities
Provide constructive feedback on team members code to maintain high standards of software development

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6+ years as a software engineer specializing in backend development
Proven leadership skills, ideally with experience managing a team of software engineers
Strong command of Go programming language and software development best practices
Preferred: Experience working with AI systems and code-generation technologies
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
High proficiency in English, both written and verbal
