We are seeking a dedicated Junior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some experience in finance or accounting, looking to develop their analytical and reporting skills in a professional environment. The role begins with a 3-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) program to ensure smooth integration and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial analyses, reports, and dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Conduct research on financial trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Reconcile data between different systems and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with accounting teams on financial planning and reporting activities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining financial models for strategic planning.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or financial software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, concepts, and practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage tasks.
