Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Finance to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of taxation laws, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), GST (Goods and Services Tax), as well as familiarity with US financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of TDS compliance, ensuring accurate and timely deductions and filings.
- Handle GST compliance, including timely filing of returns and ensuring adherence to all GST regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial reports and analysis to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain knowledge of US financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ensure the company's financial operations align with US laws and regulations, including SEC filings if applicable.
- Address any complaints or concerns related to financial matters promptly and professionally.
- Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
Requirements
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CA or a related field. MBA or CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Finance executive or similar role, with a minimum of [1 to 2 years] in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, including TDS and GST.
