Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Fashion Designer at The Dry State located in Vadodara. As a Junior Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of new fashion products. You will collaborate with senior designers, research fashion trends, create sketches and prototypes, and contribute to the overall creative process. You will also assist in conducting fittings, analyzing customer feedback, and making design revisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Knowledge of fashion trends and a passion for the fashion industry
• Strong creativity and artistic skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to take direction and work within deadlines
• Experience with garment construction and sewing techniques
• Knowledge of fabric properties and textile production processes
