Junior Execuitve- Accounts and Taxation

Duties Assigned:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.End-to-End Compliance Management:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of PT, GST, ESI, PF, and other statutory compliances for assigned clients.

Primary focus on the GST Filings i.e., GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation with the Purchase register.

2.Book-keeping:

Maintaining books of accounts for all assigned clients, clearing suspense from time to time, and ensuring that the books are up-to-date.

3.Registrations & Renewals:

Assist clients in obtaining necessary registrations and renewals as per regulatory requirements, Coordinate with relevant authorities and NR Team and facilitate the completion of registration and renewal processes.

4.TDS Payments & Filings:

Ensuring timely monthly payments and quarterly TDS Filings (i.e., 24Q, 26Q) for assigned clients, and make necessary corrections as required by the client.

Issue of Form 16A's for all the four quarters of the year.

5.Preparation of Financials Statements:

Generation of monthly and yearly financial statements, including Profit and Loss accounts, Balance Sheets.

6.Single Point of Contact:

Act as the primary interface between the organization and assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support.

Ensure effective communication and relationship management to foster client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibility of Fees collection upon completion of assigned tasks/works.
