Junior Electrician

Hi,

• we are looking to hire Electricians (8 hours Shift- Rotational) for one of the software company at Hitech City. Employee benefits : On Time Salary + ESI + PF + Weekly Off + Uniform + Safety Shoes. ( Take Home Salary : 14-18k)

• ESCOPE OF WORK - ELECTRICIAN

• Electrical Installations:

• Maintenance of power supply (HT & LT) to all premises 365 days x 24 hours a day.

Maintenance of Log Book & Energy meter reading daily incoming transformer & to ensure that restrictions prevailing at the time is strictly followed including minimum unity P.F prevent penalty & disconnections.

• Electrical Distributions Panels (LD, PDB & UDB)

Daily operations like (switch on / off) as required

• Replacing of fused bulbs, sockets, switches etc.

Maintain all the necessary logbooks, registers and records for any future checks and audits.

• Maintenance of all power cables HT & LT and ensuring secure connections to prevent burnout's of terminals and damages & periodical insulation tests.

Regular checking, cleaning & general servicing once in a month.

• Regular monitoring of CCTV, Access Control and Fire Fighting systems.

• UPS system with battery bank:

• Record the readings and maintain log book day to day as necessary for future checks & audits.

Checking the UPS system for day to day operations.

• Co-ordinate with the AMC vendors for any break down and preventive maintenance.

• Luminaries, Fittings and Fixtures:

• Check for healthiness on regular basis.

Check and replace any fused bulbs and tubes.

• Rectify any day to day wiring problems.

Keep account of incoming electrical accessories and maintain register for the replaced.

• Diesel Generator:

• Running of the DG sets as necessary operations.

Operations & routine maintenance of DG set, filling Diesel, cooling water, lubricating oil checks, maintaining log book, recording every hour current, voltage frequency, KW power factor, temperature, RPM reading etc.

• Ensure proper unloading of the diesel and pump up to day tanks as necessary & intimate concerned authorities for procurement of diesel.

Coordinate with the DG set / AMC vendors for any preventive and break down maintenances.

• Maintain all the necessary log books, registers, record for services for future checks / audits.

• Diesel Tanks & Diesel Pumps:

• Operate on day to day basis as required.

Check fuel pump healthiness

• Cleaning the diesel tank as necessary

Maintaining register for the diesel incoming & consumption.

• Air Conditioning:

• Switch ON and OFF AC units and maintain the temperature in the prescribed standard.

Clean the filters ever week.

• Coordinating with the Air conditioning vendor during breakdown or Preventive maintenance.
