Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor at Study Smart. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to students seeking to study abroad, offering support on various aspects such as financial advice and cultural tips. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, facilitating university applications, and guiding students through the study abroad process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Enrolment: Engage with students who have inquired about our English language courses, including IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL training, for both online and offline formats, facilitating their enrolment process.
• Counselling: Provide personalized face-to-face and telephonic counseling to students seeking higher education and admission to universities in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Canada.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the student database, ensuring consistent follow-up on potential leads to maximize conversions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Any previous experience in sales or marketing will be considered an advantage.

• Higher secondary , Any graduation Degree
