Loop is looking for a talented Junior Copywriter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in writing both short-form and long-form content, with a keen understanding of digital platforms such as LinkedIn. As a Junior Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience across various channels. Were looking for a candidate who is proactive, takes initiatives, is a team player and of course, is creative and loves writing.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and lead-gen ads.
- Coordinate with the different teams - product, design, sales, to create assets that they need.
- Develop long-form content such as articles, blog posts, and whitepapers.
- Upload posts and maintain social media - posting, scheduling, interacting and engaging with users.
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create innovative content ideas.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and is error-free.
- Conduct simple keyword research and create SEO optimized content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in copywriting.
- Use AI tools and analytics to enhance content creation processes while maintaining creativity and originality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute ideas to the team.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms to aid in content creation.
- Knowledge of script writing and experience in writing for LinkedIn are desirable.
- Background in writing for B2B or healthcare industries is a plus.
