Job Description

0.6 to 1.5 years. What you ll be doing
  • Understand the existing quality/information security policies.
  • Understand the working culture of the company.
  • Executive and Management Overview/Planning.
  • Gap Assessment and Planning for QMS ISMS.
  • Management systems Documentation.
  • Internal Assessment and Management Review.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to office management.
  • Understand the Information Security Policy.
  • Involve in Information Security risk assessment and treatment.
  • Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation.
  • Nonconformity and corrective action.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify the need with the Management and HR.
    • Assist the Compliance Officer (ISO) with maintaining and updating our ISO compliance management system (e.g., document control, records management).
    • Understand and document the objectives mentioned in the QMS ISMS policies.
    • Work very closely with the Management HR to lay down these objectives effectively.
    • Work closely with other Team members to ensure that the policies are followed.
    • Work along with the Management to know the Customers and ensure that anything related to ISO standards and documents is in place.
    • Work along with the HR Admin to know our Vendors and follow the Vendor management process and whether ISO standards and documents are in place.
    • Perform a Gap assessment of the current QMS ISMS as per the ISO standards.
    • Document the results and Use Results as inputs into Process Development.
    • Understand Policy development, involve people who are part of it.
    • Work on Process development by defining Roles Responsibilities.
    • Involve in any Internal Assessment Planning.
    • Maintain a comprehensive contracts database, updating contract statuses, renewals, and expirations.
    • Validate internal assessments against QMS ISMS implementation standards.
    • Communicate Assessment Schedules to Process Owners/Auditees.
    • Perform Assessments and initiate Corrective Actions as Required.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards.
    • Participate in Management Review meeting.
    • Prepare and Summarize analyzed data for Review with the Management.
    • Work on improving the effectiveness of the QMS ISMS and their processes.
    • Provide recommendations for improvements in the process.
    • Assist with developing and implementing compliance training programs for employees.
    • Get involved in the security improvements and process of corrective actions.
    • Ensure that all corrective actions are performed.
    • Verify if the corrective actions have eliminated the cause of nonconformities.
    • Get involved in analysis of any security incidents raised and understand the actions taken.
    • Conduct training for the team members and explain to them about the processes and changes being made w.r.t the ISO standards.
    • Perform internal audits on a quarterly basis. Prepare a plan and documentation of all the audits.
    • Work with the Management on the continual improvement of processes.
    Good to know:

    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
