As an account management personnel, you should have solid experience in marketing and a clear vision to add value to company strategy and performance.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute digital/mainline marketing strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Maintain daily communication with clients for campaign execution
- Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of brand's performance on different platforms
- Optimize online/offline content to increase customer engagement
- Analyze online/offline campaigns success
- Research about latest technology, market trends, conversions & audience reach for better campaign executions.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Prior work experience of 6 months to 1 year in Client Servicing / Account Management
- Experience implementing and optimizing campaigns
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have agency experience
