The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills as well as good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Work closely with marketing team members
- Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Preparing and developing reports, quotes, and proposals Gathering requirements, conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs
- Coordinating with internal teams for estimation, project progress, and deadlines
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills
- Have experience with Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
- Must have good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Working experience in the service industry Experience in B2B Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics or Electronics Communication
- 2-3+ years in sales industry in the full sales cycle, including deal closing
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
