We are seeking a driven and creative Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company's marketing and digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly goals
- Place bids on biding portals like upwork, freelancer and other portals.
- Maintain and update sales, marketing and business development documentation
- Prepare marketing projects, including content creation, weekly social media post, and email campaigns/marketing
- Provide support to the sales & marketing team
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting activities
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office and biding portal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools
- Enthusiasm for building relationships and networking
- Familiarize with LinkedIn ads, google ads and Facebook ads.
