Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that align with company objectives.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand enhancement.
Content Development: Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, from conception to analysis, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Brand Identity: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and design teams to ensure brand alignment and product launches.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the brand marketing budget effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Preferably after Engg
1-2 years of relevant marketing or branding experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the home decor/ FMCG sector.
Familiarity with graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite.
Google Analytics or other analytical tools proficiency.
