What You Will Achieve
Your expertise in the manufacturing domain will help Pfizer with the operations required for the assembly and packaging of finished goods. You will manage product finishing scheduling, setting up, operating, maintaining, and adjusting processes or packaging equipment. You will be a team member who is relied to have a good understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment. Your decision making will help you prioritize workflows based on the available resources.
You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks, some of which may vary in scope, sequence, complexity and timing. You will contribute to the team's success by sharing your previously acquired knowledge. You will be relied upon to maximize quality and efficiency; completing batch records and associated documentation, and working in an integrated computerized manufacturing environment.

How You Will Achieve It
Operate production equipment such as injectable machines, sterile machines, parenteral machines, formulation machines, filling machines, capping machines, compounding machines, washing machines, and sealing machines.
Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality products are produced within specified parameters.
Maintain accurate records of production data and perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment as required.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Diploma in Pharmacy (2023/2024 Pass out)
0 to 1 years experience
Experience of related experience and/or training
Math and reading skills required for Standard Operating Procedure, Good Manufacturing Practices also cGMP and Batch Record comprehension
Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Self-motivated and willing to learn new and changing responsibilities
Ability to contribute to department success in a team environment and perform tasks at a productive level under demanding conditions
