Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Advocating for the customer's needs and preferences within the organization.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to gain insights into their needs and challenges.
  • Conducting product walkthroughs and integration calls to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Continuously monitoring customer usage, gathering feedback, and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Contributing to internal marketing initiatives and customer advocacy programs.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and maintaining ongoing communication with customers.
  • Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
  • Setting and pursuing upsell and cross-sell targets to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support.
  • Focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, boosting retention rates, and driving revenue growth.
  • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships for sustained success.
  • Assisting in the analysis of customer data to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities and mitigate churn.

Qualifications

  • Experience 0-2 years
  • Fresh graduates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering positive customer experiences.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background

Location Preference: Kochi, Work from Office.

Requirement: Immediate & Proficiency in Hindi
