Junior Architectural Technician

Job Description: Junior Architect

The Junior Architect will assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and models, working collaboratively with the architectural team to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The Junior Architect will have opportunities to participate in various stages of project development, from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating design concepts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and delivering a high quality 3d render image

- Prepare presentation materials such as renderings, models, and diagrams to communicate design ideas.

- Collaborate with senior architects to develop detailed designs and construction documents.

- Participate in project meetings and site visits to gather information and observe project progress.

- Assist in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents in compliance with building

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
