As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and project teams to contribute to the design and development of architectural projects. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills. The Junior Architect will be involved in various stages of the architectural process, from conceptualization and design to project implementation and client coordination.
- Collaborate with senior architects in developing and refining design concepts.
Assist in creating detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client review.
- Contribute to the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
3D Modeling and Visualization:
Utilize software tools to create 3D models and renderings for project visualization.- Work with design teams to communicate and refine design ideas through visual representation.
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to gather feedback and incorporate client preferences into design solutions.
- Effectively communicate design concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to problem-solving sessions.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the
design process.
- Conduct research on specific project requirements and constraints.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong graphic and presentation skills.- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Previous internship or academic projects in architecture are desirable but not mandatory.
