Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Architect to join our team at Sahanas Creations. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and designers to contribute to various architectural design projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field to enhance their skills and gain valuable experience in a renowned architectural firm. The job is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch up and other architectural design software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects and designers in various stages of architectural design projects
• Contribute to the development of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Prepare presentation materials, including 3D renderings and design drawings
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct site visits and assist in conducting feasibility studies and site analysis
• Research and stay updated with the latest architectural design trends and technologies
• Assist in preparing project specifications and construction documents
• Maintain accurate project documentation and files
