The Architect provides remote technical support to the onsite staff and assists in creating drawings, designs, and layouts for multiple projects
Roles and Responsibilties:
- Conduct comprehensive space utilization studies to optimize available space efficiently.
- Develop detailed space plans and layouts for both new constructions and renovations.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Analyze and interpret data pertaining to space occupancy, utilization, and associated costs.
- Provide insightful recommendations for changes in space allocation and layout based on thorough analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to space planning and utilization activities.
- Offer guidance and support to departments and individuals regarding space planning and optimal space utilization.
- Contribute to the formulation of long-term space planning strategies and initiatives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices concerning space planning and utilization.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Qualifications Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Proficient in architectural design principles, CAD software, and drafting.
- Proven experience in conducting space utilization studies and developing space plans.
- Proficiency in interpreting building codes and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry software and tools for space planning and utilization analysis is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
