Brief Roles and responsibilities
- Handling start to end architectural and Interior design for all the new hospital and renovation projects.
- Getting the exact design intent from the owner / management and meet the design expectations.
- Co-ordination with consultants (Architects, Structural engineer, MEP consultants, artwork / graphic designers, vendors) in getting the deliverables on time.
- Ensure the timely delivery of the design/drawings from concept, schematics, design development to construction drawing stage to enable the site team to carry out the works in a smooth way
- Get project specifications and Budgets from the design consultants to enable the internal teams to carry the further process
- Project budget optimization through Value engineering of design, innovative ideas and selection of materials.
- Project Oversight during complete life cycle to ensure designs deviations are not happening at site.
- Visits to various sites during various project phases and capturing the deviations if any.
