Handle Architectural & Interior Designing aspects of the projects independently, under guidance of Head Designs
- Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
Co-ordination with Principal Architect
- Preparation of BoQs & estimates; preparing designs, complete construction documents; write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials.
Help Principal Architect in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks and controls, as also, assist in designing & sample collection.- Site visits for checking with plans and Quality Control.
Explain designs & Tie up with production and dispatch department & Control manufacturing orders to meet time lines.
- Plan, indent & release orders for materials.
Coordinate with vendors for samples and meetings.

- Experience : Minimum 1 year as an Architect, excluding Internship.
- Compensation: CTC INR
- 16 to 3.0 Lakh based on competency.
