The ideal candidate will be involved in designing and developing architectural projects, as well as contributing to our 3D visualization services. Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Participate in the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to final execution.
- 3D Visualization: Create and manage 3D models and visualizations to support project presentations and client engagements.
- Drafting: Produce architectural drawings and detailed documentation using CAD software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, designers, and project managers to ensure project specifications and client needs are met.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather information, understand project scopes, and monitor construction progress.
- Presentation: Assist in preparing design presentations and participate in client meetings.
- Research: Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to apply innovative solutions in projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous internship experience in architectural firms is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
