Experience
- Minimum one year of Architectural Experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
- A portfolio of high quality Creative Architectural Design works and well knowledge in architectural softwares especially AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup V-ray, Lumion, etc.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Architect and the head of the team with full support and respect.
- Playing a part in project and team management.
- Control the project from start to finish to ensure high quality, creative, innovative, and functional design.
- Take the brief to identify the client s needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Develop 3D models, support 3D Visualizers for the rendering and visualization process and work together as a team to achieve the best out.
- Develop ideas keeping in mind the client s needs, the building s usage, and the environmental impact.
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
- Compile project specifications.
- Keep within budgets and timelines.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications, and contracts.
- Cooperate and communicate with Architectural professionals.
- Follow architectural trends and advancements.
- Provides support to other Architects and management staff.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven working training experience as an Architect.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
- Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent project management skills communication skills, both written and oral.
- Organizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent design and drawing skills and familiarity with design softwares.
- Well in design softwares: AutoCAAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup V ray, Lumion, etc. Basic Knowledge in 3Ds Max, Revit architecture.
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project.
